How you can deposit the amount?

For Indian customer we are giving our ICICI bank account details so that they can deposit either cash or cheque in our account. Same like our International customer, we are having our account in Deutsche  Bank so u can directly deposit either cash or cheque in our Deutsche account.

How will you dispatch my order?

For Indian customer we will send yr material through the finest courier so that it reaches you in the fastest possible time at your doorstep. Generally for the Indian customer orders are delivered within 24 to 48 working hours. And for the International customer we will dispatch yr material through DHL courier services. Generally for the International customer orders are delivered within 48 to 72 working hours of dispatch, but this may vary depending on your location and your local customs authority.

How it will take my order to reach me?

For India customer and for International customer on receipt of payment it would take 24 to 72 working hours to dispatch your order. However we will see to it that you receive your order at earliest. We will inform you immediately just in case we require a more time for a particular item.

What do you charge for shipping and handling?

Shipping and Handling charges are depends on the weight. For the Indian customer the minimum charges are Rs.75/= and for the International customer the minimum charges are Rs.1,500/=.

Can I return an Item?
